Suitability: You know how in video games the player character does all the sidequests before finishing the main quest and is overpowered by like 30 levels and everything is kind of a joke?
That’s pretty much V.
Obviously she’ll not be played as wretchedly overpowered in Turnout, but her skills are bordering on fairly legendary by canon endgame. She is a skilled mercenary that takes on dangerous jobs that fixers trust only her with. She is familiar with many different kinds of firearms, and even excels at bladed melee weapon combat. Combined with her cyberpunk-y body modifications,—which include enhancements in speed (her Sandevistan OS in particular causes her to temporarily move so quickly that time slows down around her), strength, endurance, and self-healing—all of it pretty much makes her superhuman in a lot of ways. If nothing else, I can see her being chosen by CLOUD due to these qualities alone.
Though she prefers the Guns A-Blazin’ route more often than not, she can possess a lighter touch if need be — she has been in situations that require stealth and subtlety and has been hired to steal items sneakily in the past, too. Basically, she’s pretty adaptable! Night City sucks. Adapt or die, etc. etc.
That said, she is on borrowed time thanks to the events in canon, and having her body fail her at critical times is in the cards for the sake of more drama. Either way, I don’t intend for V to steal the show because of her Protag Powers, anyway, and am definitely more interested in sharing the spotlight when it comes to dramatically action-esque scenes.

BRAVE - She takes on increasingly dangerous jobs as a merc without hesitation even when the odds are stacked against her (which they often are), and does so with confidence, if not always ease.
ADAPTABLE - Quick-thinking and ready to adapt to any situation when the original plan goes pear-shaped, she wouldn't have survived as long as she has without a knack for getting out of sticky circumstances.

IMPULSIVE - Sometimes she gives into the heat of the moment and works on instinct rather than thinking things through; it works when it works, but when it doesn't, hoo boy.
VIOLENT - Twined into her impulsive nature, sometimes that impulse skews towards intimidation and violence to solve her problems, which isn't always ideal for everyone involved.
